Project 24: Chiswick

Project Description

Regenerated 5m-high factory in Chiswick with maintained painted metal beams and double-glazed window frames for vintage look. Before it was just an open empty space but now the glass feature wall divides this kitchen-dining room to a hallway towards bedrooms. To build a more separate kitchen space, we fit modern functional kitchen units and granite worktops. We also put in place a large wall containing a double-fridge and cabinets. As a result, we have an open-plan kitchen which is still separate from the living space giving it a luxury ‘gallery-like’ finish.
